Returns & Revocation
We want to see you happy! You can return any purchased item within 14 days if it doesn't fit or you don't like it. Please contact us at service@sugarshape.com or by phone and tell us where "the bra pinches". That way we can give you the best advice.

Please note that we cannot take back used, washed, damaged or soiled goods. The same applies to items with missing paper or textile labels. Further information can be found in the general terms and conditions.
Return labels
You can return your shipment to us free of charge within Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
United Kingdom

Please be aware that the processing time for returns may take up to 14 days due to customs clearance.
EU countries
For returns from other EU countries than named above you must unfortunately bear the costs of the shipment yourself. Please send your return postage paid to the following address:
