How your bra should fit

We'll show you how your new bra should fit and tell you what you can do if your bra doesn't fit perfectly yet.

THE UNDERBUST BAND

  • The underbust band sits tightly against the body in the widest eyelet – it carries 80% of the weight.
  • The materials stretch over time, so use the next tightest eyelet.

  1. Is the underbust band riding up or sticking out? It is too loose.
  2. It is important to adjust the straps correctly: adjust them so that they neither cut in nor slip.

THE CUP

  • Reach into the side of the bra and gently smooth the entire breast into the cup.
  • With underwired bras, the entire underwire should enclose the breast and lie between the breasts.

  1. The underwire does not press into the breast tissue or rest on the chest.
  2. There is no double breast effect, nor is there any air in the cup.
