II’ve been a Sugarshape customer for quite some time now and have always been happy with their bras. The quality is excellent. They’re durable and, especially if you hand-wash them, they last for years without losing their shape.
You only really realise how good a customer service is when you need it. I rang because a particular style fitted me perfectly, but I needed a different colour, which wasn’t available in that style.
In a sympathetic and professional manner, I was asked questions to analyse the underlying issue, and lo and behold: I was recommended bras that perfectly matched my criteria. One of them, in my chosen colour, fitted perfectly.

Why? Because you provide amazing service. When I ordered a bra in the wrong size with my last order, you emailed me before shipping, and I was able to get the correct size. With my current order, you automatically sent me the Aira bra one cup size smaller, as it apparently runs large. And what can I say? It fits perfectly.
